Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

All reservations must be made in writing and are not confirmed until a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Occupancy:

The rental property is intended for the use of the guests named on the reservation and may not be sublet or otherwise occupied by anyone other than the registered guests without the prior written consent of the owner.

Damage:

Any damages to the rental property, including but not limited to, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, caused by the guests during their stay, must be reported to the owner immediately and will be charged to the guests’ credit card on file.

Cleaning:

The rental property will be cleaned and inspected prior to the guests’ arrival. Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and orderly condition upon departure. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who do not leave the property in a satisfactory condition.

Check-in/Check-out:

The rental property will be available for check-in at 4:00 PM on the arrival date and check-out is 11:00 AM on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested but are subject to availability and an additional fee.

Liability:

The guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the rental property caused by the guests or their invitees during their stay. The guests shall indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any and all claims of personal injury or property damage sustained by the guests or their invitees during their stay.
