Ruben and Celine Kanya together operate a full service short & mid-term rental company to make families and corporations feel at home when away form home due to voluntary relocation or due to unforeseen circumstances. Together they have hosted individual families, employees of companies and worked directly with insurance and relocation companies to host families in their pet-friendly furnished accommodations. Celine and Ruben lead a full-time in service management team and also have held Superhost status on airbnb with over 200+ five star reviews from their years of hosting.
Ruben Kanya has over a decade of real estate experience. He is a licensed realtor in Georgia (#382750) and Massachusetts (#1002153), a member of the Atlanta commercial board of realtors, an Atlanta short term rental licensee holder & agent. He recently co-authored an international best selling book, Hospitable Host. He is also the host of The Real Estate Experiment Show and co-founder of the MTR Insurance Network —connecting home owners & relocation specialists to one another.
Celine has a background in management operations, event planning, social media & journalism. Together they combine their experience as mid-term rental operators and co-founders of Invested Escapes fully devoted to giving families that stay in their homes a five star experience whether they are staying for one night, 6 months or a year. Their core values remain the same: communication, comfort and customer service.

SPECIALIZING IN HELPING DISPLACED INSURANCE POLICYHOLDERS
We specialize in working directly with home owners and/or their insurance company when in need of temporary housing with flexible terms in our fully furnished homes which are pet-friendly and work from home friendly. All utilities are included and turned, just bring your belongings and make yourself at home.
All reservations must be made in writing and are not confirmed until a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The rental property will be available for check-in at 4:00 PM on the arrival date and check-out is 11:00 AM on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested but are subject to availability and an additional fee.
