Other things to note
Parking: Free street parking all hours on Rose/Arosa St. Limited parking on 62n St. Permit required 8am -7pm. Free parking on 62nd St from 7pm -8am.

Front door: When exiting the unit. The front door will automatically lock when the knob on the inside is horizontal before you close it. Always double check to make sure the door is locked.

Washer and dryer: Exit the back door by the kitchen, go left and it is behind the house to the left in the covered structure.
