Pets allowed with pre-approval. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and a $500 pet deposit refundable if no pet hair is found on any furnishings during stays more than a month. Shorter stay pricing is negotiable.

FEE: Smoking of any kind on the premise will result in a $350 Charge.
No PARTIES• If there are any noise complaints you will have to leave without a refund.
Please DO NOT use the towels to clean makeup or spills. We have designated black MAKE UP towels. There are paper towels in the kitchen. Missing or Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
No local bookings allowed at this location without pre-approval. Any local bookings will be cancelled without refund.
Guests who plug the septic system by flushing anything but toilet paper will be charged for plumbing repairs.
Guests without reviews or less than 3 positive reviews and long term guest (longer than 28 days) may be asked to pay additional $300 to $600 deposit due after booking and returned after checkout.
Booking longer than 30 days require a cleaning every 30 to 45 days and guests are responsible for that fee. We also require a $500 refundable deposit for stays longer than 30days. The deposit is returned at the end of your stay as long as the House rules are followed and no damage is done.
