With a city bus stop 600 feet from the front steps of the home, you also have direct access to the interstate only 5 mins away to get to all the city has to offer!
The space
This home features a large lot front and back and long driveway away from the street to give you the upmost privacy that you need with you and your family,. The backyard area features a fire pit and chairs where you can relax all together. We also have string lights made available for you to relax after sunset.

This home is protected by ADT and has security cameras outside the house for your safety.
The fireplace in our home is strictly not in use. Guests are explicitly prohibited from using the fireplace under any circumstances during their stay. This policy is enforced to ensure the safety and security of all occupants and the property itself. Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of the rental agreement, and the guest will be held liable for any resulting damages or incidents. By booking our home, you agree to this policy and acknowledge your responsibility to comply.

1. Gatherings are welcomed but no parties.
2. Only a maximum of 10 guests allowed. All full names of guests must be confirmed upon booking.
3. Please do not take our soap, body wash and shampoo with you when you leave. This is for all guests and we appreciate you leaving those bottles for everyone.
4. Throw all trash in a trash can; if your trash can is full, empty it.
5. Bring dinnerware to the kitchen and wash it when done.
6. Throw out or take all your food upon checking out.
7. No smoking allowed. (outside only, all windows and doors must be closed)
8. Remove all bed sheets, pillow case covers and towels and place them in the laundry room prior to checking out. Towels can go in blue bin, bedding on floor.
9. Lock all the doors when leaving the home (after closing the front door, press the lock button on the keypad).
