HOUSE RULES
1. There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the property. Any evidence of smoking is subject to a minimum fine of $500.
2. No candles or other flammable devices
3. No parties allowed. Any evidence of parties is subject to a minimum fine of $500 and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
4. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Only confirmed guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any evidence of additional overnight guests is subject to a minimum fine of $500.
5. Please notify us immediately of anything that is missing or not working properly. We will do our best to address it expeditiously.
6. When leaving the property, please be sure to lock ALL doors. When you close the main door behind you, press the “lock” button on the keypad and check that the door has successfully been locked.
