Welcome to our newly updated home! This living/dining room has an open feel to it followed by a spacious eat-in kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double vanity with a skylight and walk-in shower.

There is also a hall bathroom as well as two other bedrooms on the main level. One of the other bedrooms also has it’s own bathroom.

The basement has an open second living area and the fourth bedroom and bathroom.

We are available during business hours: 9am-5pm (MST) Monday – Friday, outside of emergencies.

The large, energetic, cosmopolitan Atlanta is a booming regional center for the growing and increasingly prosperous American South. Atlanta has a rich diversity of socioeconomic backgrounds and is full of northerners drawn by the booming economy, pleasant climate, activities, and cultural diversity. Some locals call it the “northernmost southern city,” but make no mistake—despite the corporate towers and fast pace, Atlanta retains its southern roots. Gresham Park is full of parks as the name suggests and has a safe suburban feel. We love the proximity to hip areas like East Atlanta Village (10min away) with its row of hopping bars and restaurants.

Easy access to HWY 20 for a quick commute to much of Atlanta. Just 6mins to East Atlanta Village with excellent bars/restaurants. Home is towards the end of our street, so it feels tucked in and safe.

Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note there is nobody living on-site 24/7.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

☞ All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents
☞ 10 people max, we charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count
☞ There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately.
☞ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per
☞ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control
☞ Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.
☞ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay
☞ Some highway/train noise may be present while outside due to proximity.
