Ruben and Celine Kanya as co-founders have over a decade of  hospitality and management experience in accommodating guests and tenants from across the globe. Since founding the company in Georgia, in addition to owning and managing a portfolio of single family homes, the company has expanded in providing temporary housing nationwide. Invested Escapes also has a vacation rental division in Massachussets (Cape Cod) a special place where Celine and Ruben got married. One of their vacation rentals was recently featured on Destination Channels’ StayCation episode as one of the top places to stay on the Cape.

Together, Ruben and Celine Kanya operate & lead a full service team as temporary housing providers making families and corporations feel at home when away form home. Together they have hosted individual families, employees of companies and partnered with some of the top insurance and relocation companies in the nation. With a background in hospitality, offering white glove service comes second nature,  as a company, their superhost status expands on platforms such as Airbnb with over 200+ five star reviews from their years of hosting. 

Ruben Kanya has over a decade of real estate and temporary housing experience.

He is a licensed realtor in both Massachussets (#1002153) and Georgia (#382750) and a member of the Atlanta commercial board of realtors, an Atlanta short term rental licensee holder & agent. He recently co-authored an international best selling book, Hospitable Hosts. He is also the host of “In the Lab” show and leads a real estate mastermind group of temporary housing operators called (MRIA-Mid-Term Rental Insurance Academy)

As co-founder and COO, Celine has a background in journalism, management and owns her event planning company (CelSev Events) which she combines to always deliver top notch services to all of their clients and B2B partners. 

In addition to Ruben’s background in management consulting in fintech; together they combine their experience as founders to be fully devoted to providing a five star temporary housing experience to families and companies they partner with whether they are coming for leisure or for an immediate need in one of their properties — their core values remain the same: communication, comfort and customer service always comes first.
